Refund and Returns Policy
- Passengers can reserve their seat in advance (Railway or Airplane)against the full payment prior to the journey. Once the booking is made, passengers will have to collect their ticket from our office.
- At least 40% of the total Tour Package Price should be paid in advance at the time of booking. At least 10-15 days before the journey, the rest of the payment must be made. There is no refund for the advance payment. Additional GST charges are applicable.
- The passenger will be responsible for the additional charges, like entry fees, guides, and sight-seeing.
- If any passenger wants to get travel insurance that it has to be done against additional charges. However, one of our travel agents will assist him/her during the process.
- All passengers are requested to carry their Photo ID Card as per the Govt rule during the journey with us.
- In case of Railway Ticket Booking, it is not possible for us to allot any particular seat to a passenger like lower, middle or upper birth as per their choice.
- If any passenger wants to book hotel room/car beyond the tour package then we will make additional arrangement accordingly against extra charges.
Cancellation Policy
- We will cancel the advance receipt/ticket if it is surrendered to our office. If it is cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled departure time, there will be no refund.
- Any cancellation caused by natural disasters, strikes, bandhs, or other unfavourable situations will result in a 90% refund from the company. The company will keep the remaining 10% as compensation.
- Refund of Rail/Air Ticket would be made as per the rules of Railways/Airlines.
- No refund will be made if the passenger doesn’t arrive in time to board the train/airplane at the time of departure.
- We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to a person or property or any alteration and delay in tour schedule due to undesirable circumstances like train/flight cancelation, accident, breakdown, natural calamity, strike or riot etc.
- In case of cancellation of journey within 30 days of the date of journey cancellation charges will be applicable as per the following table:
- Between 29 days and 25 days — 15% of the total price
- Between 24 days and 20 days — 20% of the total price
- Between 19 days and 10 days — 40% of the total price
- Between 9 days and 5 days — 55% of the total price
- Between 4 days and 3 days — 75% of the total price
Facilities
- Food Services: Food would be provided to the travelers as per the following schedule:
- Morning bed tea.
- Afternoon lunch.
- Evening tea and snacks.
- Provision of veg/non-veg food both during lunch and dinner.
- No food would be provided during train/air journey.
- Separate arrangement would be made for non-veg travelers.
- There would be a dedicated stuff to take care of all passengers. Special care will be taken for old, lady, and child travelers.
- In case any passenger gets injured during the journey, first aid medicine and all other medication would be provided. However, in case of serious illness all medical treatment costs need to be paid by the concerned passenger.
- Hotel accommodation will be provided on a 2/3/4 person per room basis.
- The company will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the belongings of any passenger.
